New Digital Scanners

They are here!  Three lovely shiny digital microfilm and Microfiche scanners are now settled in and working here in Reference and Local Studies.

They will need to be booked from the counter with your library card.  The benefits are numerous – prints will be better quality and cheaper as they are linked to our main printers (10p per A4 sheet) and pages/articles can be scanned to a memory stick.

The software is quite user friendly but even so, do be patient whilst we get to grips with all the features!
